Pre-Construction (design and engineering): This is where we review the land, determine what is possible and begin the exacting task of making your house a home. In fact, we’ll review and revise the floor plan as many times as necessary to get it right – to make sure your new home is perfect.

Design: At Greācen Homes, we take design seriously. We understand that the interior and exterior must work in harmony with the complete design in order to take full advantage land and community around it. That is why we pay such close attention to every detail, as well as your comments and requests along the way to completion.

Building (foundation, walls and more): At Greācen, we’re sticklers for coordination, timelines and budgets. And we understand that you might want to stop by every week to see how things are progressing. When you do, we’ll likely be there to give you an update and show you where we started, where we are today, and where we’ll be in the coming days and weeks.

Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC: Once the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, phone and electrical is in place, you really start to get a feel for your new Greācen home.

Finishing Touches: From start to finish, we strive to deliver exactly what you want. We understand that listening is the key to your new Greācen home, from placement and styles of lighting to cabinet selections, hardware choices, finish work and more. Working together, we can create an incredible home that will exemplify your success and stand the test of time.

Maintenance: Once you’re moved in to your unique home, we provide you with a comprehensive, internal warranty program. We will correct issues promptly to your satisfaction. It’s our promise you.
